Established by Late Shri. Gulzarilalji Kedia, the RG Kedia Group was born in 1962 in a humble way. Under his able leadership; today, the group has come a long way with a presence in an entire gamut of manufacturing industries such as edible oil, sugar mills, metal & steel products, etc., construction and real estate.
With an unflinching commitment to quality, time, and cost, the organization has metamorphosed into RG Kedia Group today. With its diverse portfolio, the company has nurtured and developed a committed and skilled workforce, acquired, and deployed state-of-the-art equipment to deliver consummate solutions to the growing demands of the future.

RG Kedia Group was founded by Late Shri Gulzarilal Kedia in 1962. He was dynamic yet amenable. His sheer determination and hard work steered the company out of every hurdle and brought the group to its present exalted stature. Due to his ambition of having a name across the globe, today our group has expanded to multiple industries such as edible oil, steel, sugar, and real estate.
He charted his own career path and climbed the ladder of success through hard work and dedication. His quick grasp of the subtle nuances were imbibed in the RG Kedia Group of Industries and has achieved consistent quantum growth year after year. He was also on board of major industrial organizations such as Vice President, AP Grain & Seeds Merchants Association, Vice President, Mahboob Mansion ( Malakpet ) Development Society, etc.
He was a philanthropist and believed in giving back to society. He adopted multiple educational institutions, hospitals & temples in his native places, including, Binjusar, Jhunjhunu, & Salasar, He was the founder trustee, donor, and chairman across various trusts & organizations in the city of Hyderabad such as Marwadi Siksha Samiti, Agrasen Cooperative Urban Bank Limited, Agarwal Siksha Samiti, Agrasen Charitable Trust, Agrasen Bhavan, Sri Krishna Goseva Mandal, Narsinghi, Salasar Hanuman Temple, Rajasthan, Seth Hardevdas Ramnath Kedia Charitable Trust, Cyber Café at City Civil Court, etc.
Shri Guljarilal ji Kedia came to Hyderabad with a goal of growth and development. His hardwork and dedication led him to success. However, he did not restrict his growth to himself. He helped other members from his community grow by helping them migrate to Hyderabad. Together, they grew and made a significant mark in the society.

Dr. Mahesh Kumar Kedia drived the group into the edible oil and construction industries which are the pillars behind the success of the group companies.He has an impressive track record of over 50 years of strong sustainable customer relations. He holds an honorary PHD in business management and brings to the table rich expertise and valuable insight. Under his expert guidance, the company pioneered the concept of finest quality and has forayed into a much wider spectrum. His visionary outlook inspired the team to deliver innovative designs and uncompromising quality, steeped in graceful appeal and supreme functionality of spaces. He is on the advisory board of various organizations, including, Life Insurance Corporation of India ( LIC) for the Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh Zone, etc.
The founder deeply believed in giving back to society, which has become the root of RG Kedia Group of Industries. Dr. Mahesh Kumar Kedia is the Executive Committee Member at Agarwal Siksha Samiti, Marwadi Siksha Samiti, and a trustee at the Agrasen Charitable Trust. He was also a director of Belmont Grammar School & Nandini Public School.
